To make the green tea flavor shumai wrappers you’ll need:
1 egg
1 cup flour
1 cup green tea (just the liquid)
1 drop Green food colour
1 tsp sea salt or to taste

Mix it until it looks like this!

Now knead, dust and roll!
:)
Knead it into a firm ball and keep adding flour to the work top.
This will avoid it from sticking to the surface.
Roll it out… Go as thin as you can! And cut into square according to your desired size. I like a mix of sizes some big, some small… Some medium!
But the truth is I failed to make them all go one size. :p

Now Steam it !
I cover the steaming plate with cabbage leaves and rub it with sesame oil to avoid it from sticking.
